Empire South Commercial Real Estate was founded by Jonathan Sarnat, in 2006.

In business since 1993, Sarnat was formerly the Director of Commercial Properties with Atlanta Real Estate Partners. He also worked as a Director with Advantis/GVA in that firm's industrial properties group. He has been an Atlanta resident since 1978 and has established strong relationships with the city's professional commercial real estate community. Sarnat earned a Bachelors degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
